Mr. Arnold joined Frank S. Phillips, Inc. in 2001 as President of Phillips Property Management. Mr. Arnold has been involved in real estate property management since 1982 and has extensive experience in all facets of real estate management and brokerage. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland as well as the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Arnold was the 1997 President of the Greater Metropolitan Washington Chapter of IREM and has received numerous awards over the years from IREM for his volunteer work and community service. Mr. Arnold holds real estate licenses in several jurisdictions and is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
