In 1933 Frank S. Phillips opened his home-building company in Washington, D.C. To this day, a Phillips-built home is still a prized commodity. As Washington grew, so did the scope of our operations to include development, mortgage financing, property management, leasing, and insurance divisions.

Phillips Property Management has a diverse portfolio of properties under fee management contracts located primarily in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our portfolio is comprised of office buildings, retail shopping centers, multi-family apartments, and industrial warehouse facilities. Included in the multitude of property management services offered are financial reporting, lease administration, rent collection, and day-to-day project operations and maintenance.
